Acesulfame K is a low-calorie sweetener. It is an organic salt.

200 times more low-calorie than sucrose solution.

When used in combination with other sweeteners, it has a synergistic effect. It has excellent shelf life.

It does not deteriorate when cooked or baked.

Easily soluble in water, but slightly soluble in alcohols.

It is excreted unchanged in the human digestive tract and therefore does not provide calories.

It is used in bakery and pastry products, chewing gums, jelly candies and soft drinks in food industry. It is a sweetener used instead of sugar in all kinds of diabetic and dietary product formulations.

It is particularly preferred in heat treated diabetic and dietary products because of their heat resistance. Thanks to sweeteners, low-calorie products can be produced that can be consumed easily by both diabetics and people with weight problems.

Bakery products, chewing gum, gelatin desserts, soft drinks, etc. are used in different foods.
