This plant grips the soil firmly with its solid roots and receives a lot of nutrients, especially potassium. The body of the sunflower is also very robust. There are varieties with a single stem or branching. It is not desirable to branch the cultivated sunflower plants, on the other hand, it is desirable to branch those planted as ornamental plants. Wild varieties of sunflowers branch more; branching is a sign of wildness. It forms a tray at the end of each branch of the over-branching plants. Their colors are whitish, light red and orange. They look extremely nice. The number of flowers in a tray varies between 50-200. The total weight of one thousand sunflower seeds is between 70-200 grams.
